a "contingent remainder" is a type of future interest in property law (i dont want to get into it).
Sylar is basically the bad guy on Season 1 of Heroes (watch it. its A-MAZING.). he cuts open people's heads and eats their brain to steal their special ability. (teehee, i just imaged Hiro saying that. LOVE that show!)
Obama and Hillary, well...if you don't know who they are thats not my problem.

Sylar was menacingly asking me about WHAT the contingent remainder is and where is it, and how can it be destroyed (either naturally, or arifically by merger or forfeiture...thats the correct answer, not the answer i gave him). then the contingent remainders had something to do with yesterdays elections...ugh, i dont know.

so, i am at the library studying. i had taken my glasses off and set them next to me on a book while i was reading something. a few minutes later i needed them again so i reached for them, but they werent where i had set them. crap!! so i start panicking thinking ive knocked them on the ground and theyre broken or scratched or something! but no theyre not there. shoot! did a book fall on them!? no. im starting to really freak out when i realize....




oh. im wearing them.
